We make the film. Then we print, laminate and convert it.
Flexible packaging made in Durban since 1971. Blown film up to five layers, flexo print up to ten colours, laminates, bags and pouches: every stage on our own lines, under one 15,000 m² roof.

Four machines. One roof. No hand-offs.
Many converters buy in their film or send out their print. We run every stage on our own lines in Phoenix, so one team owns your specification from resin pellet to finished pack.
01Extrude
Blown film, up to five layers.
Five extruders melt five polymers and feed one annular die. Air blows the melt into a bubble that is cooled, flattened and wound: one film that can seal, carry print, block moisture and resist puncture.
The web wraps a central impression drum and passes deck after deck: each plate cylinder lays down one ink, fed by its anilox roll, and a bridge dryer sets it before the next colour lands.
Adhesive is kissed onto the printed web, dried in a tunnel and married to a second film or foil in a heated nip. The result is a laminate with barrier, strength and shelf life neither web has alone.
A photo eye reads the print mark, a heated bar seals and a knife cuts on every stroke, and finished bags ride the belt to the stack: bags, pouches and custom formats ready for your filling line.
A Durban manufacturer since 1971, ISO 9001 registered since 1997, and still investing: South Africa’s first five-layer line in 2018, a German flexo press in 2022.
Our technical team down-gauges film without losing performance and designs structures that are easier to recycle. The plant runs partly on its own solar, keeps its own water supply and recycles production scrap in-house.
